Usage and Precautions for Rewetting Adhesive:

1. Machine application or manual application.

2. For manual application, use a fine soft brush to directly dip into the rewetting adhesive and apply it to the desired areas of paper products. Ensure even coating and allow it to dry naturally (or use hot air blowing) before proceeding to subsequent processing.

3. For machine application, pour the adhesive directly or use an air pump to transfer it into the material container. The immersion roller should not splatter the adhesive; apply it evenly.

4. The coating amount is generally 3–4 g/m².

5. After processing, paper products can be manually moistened to check the bonding effect. If the bonded area is difficult to tear apart or the paper breaks, it is qualified. If it is easy to peel apart, it may be due to insufficient coating amount, inadequate bonding time, or other reasons. Investigate the cause accordingly.

6. After use or when stopping the machine, promptly clean the adhesive container and pipelines with clean water. Pour any remaining adhesive into a clean plastic container and seal it to avoid unnecessary losses.
